This course will cover
- How to work safely on hybrid and related vehicle systems
- The correct methods for shutting down and isolating high voltage systems
- The layout and construction of hybrid and electric drive powertrain systems, and the identification of key components
- The principles of high voltage battery construction, management and monitoring systems
This Level 2 course will end with an online test which when successfully completed will give an IMI certified qualification.

This course will cover
- How to work safely on hybrid and related vehicle systems
- The correct methods for shutting down and isolating high voltage systems and replacing high voltage components.
- The layout and construction of hybrid and electric drive powertrain systems, and the identification of key components
- The principles of high voltage battery construction, management and monitoring systems and diagnosing using live data and a range of diagnostic equipment.
This Level 3 course when successfully completed will give an IMI certified qualification allowing you to replace high voltage components.
