"On the 2018 Ford Transit 2.2D, I found the connector plug right where you suggested to check. There was contamination on the plug, so I cleaned it up and applied some electrical grease to the connectors as guided. The PCM now powers down after the BCM has shut down. Thanks for the help"

“I recently had a customer's Land Rover L320 2012 in the workshop which required replacement keys. I spoke to Rob Miller via IVS 360TM, who programmed the required keys for me at which point the vehicle successfully started and ran.
I then spoke to Rob about a fault with the variable effort steering. Rob took me through the steps that I needed to take to use my Opus IVS diagnostic tool and update the car’s configuration file. I followed steps, and the car was back up and running, with no faults. Because of the guidance received, I was able to repair this fault and get the car back to my customer quickly.

"I recently contacted Opus IVS and spoke to Mickey Syrota an OEM-trained master technician. I explained that I had a Mercedes S Class 2001 with a malfunctioning starter motor. Mickey took me through some checks, one of which was to check for oil in the ETC module.

"I recently had a Peugeot 308 that was brought into the workshop with a non-functioning rear wiper that would only work when the rear boot lid release button was pressed. After replacing the boot catch, the fault was still present. I decided to utilise IVS 360, Opus IVS' diagnostic support service, and spoke to Mark Pendle an OEM-trained master technician. Mark advised that I check the bolted earth behind the n/s/r lamp. Mark was spot on and I was able to diagnose that there was indeed a loose earth behind the n/s/r lamp. Diagnosing this quickly enabled me to move on to the next job of the day much quicker!"
